SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES:

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on where your package is being sent.
Packages will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days or less of order being placed. If we experience high order volumes, processing may be delayed by 1 extra business day. All Packages will ship via USPS as Priority Mail (1-3 Business days excluding holidays and weekends & not including processing time) or USPS First Class Mail (3-5 Business days excluding holidays and weekends & not including processing time). 

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are estimated and are NOT an exact guarantee.

There are no shipping fee refunds for delivery delays caused by USPS or circumstances out of  our control such as bad weather etc. Please ensure you have enough time to order. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has shipped. Once packages are delivered to USPS, ThaJKollection boutique is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) to report all claims. If your package is returned/undeliverable for any reason you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the second time around. Please be sure to put your correct shipping address. It cannot be changed after your order is placed.
